How much do our services cost?
Hourly Rate
Please email me at sai@mapleleaflaw.ca to find out my hourly rate. For most services, I charge by the hour. GST, printing costs and disbursements are extra. I accept payment by e-transfer, cash, certified cheque, banker's cheque, credit card and debit card. An additional 2.5% processing fee will be charged for card payments.
Flat Fees for Wills
Simple Will for one person - $500.00
Simple Mirror Wills for a couple - $800.00
Enduring Power of Attorney for one person - $400.00
Enduring Powers of Attorney for a couple - $600.00
Personal Directive for one person - $400.00
Personal Directives for a couple - $600.00
Combo Will, Enduring Power of Attorney and Personal Directive for one person - $1,000.00
Combo for a couple - $1,500.00
GST is extra.

Independent Legal Advice on Separation Agreement (no children) - $700.00
Independent Legal Advice on Separation Agreement (with children) - $1,000.00
Independent Legal Advice on Pre-nup/Cohabitation Agreement (no children) - $900.00
Independent Legal Advice on Pre-nup/Cohabitation Agreement (with children) - $1,200.00
Prepare Agreement - Hourly fee
GST is extra. Additional fees will be charged if negotiations or disclosure exchange are required.
